We know that running challenges can be unpredictable! Because we block out our studio/locations and our team's time specifically for your group size, we cannot offer refunds for unfilled spots. However, that time and image count doesn't go to waste! We simply reallocate it. We can use that extra time to shoot premium, solo branding content for you (the coach), capture more extensive group setups, or give your remaining clients a few extra individual images. We encourage you to have a cancellation policy as part of your client’s sign up.

Team dates sell out fast, especially on Fridays & weekends. We recommend securing your photoshoot date the same week you launch your challenge for your clients, or a few months before the date you’re thinking. We have coaches book 6 months in advance.

We handle most of the planning. You get to be the VIP host, and we act as the production managers! We organise your location upon booking the date and determine if you’re having hair and makeup offsite or onsite. Before the shoot, we work with you to create a seamless run sheet on google drive. On the day, we cycle your clients through their individual shooting time while the rest of the team hypes them up, touches up their makeup, or jumps into group shots. It is a highly organized, high-energy, well-oiled machine so you can just relax and celebrate with your community.

This is our specialty. Our shoots are about confidence, not body fat percentages. 95% of the women and men we photograph have never done a shoot before. We act as their personal hype team and posing coaches, directing them down to their fingertips. We know how to pose and light for every single body type to ensure they look and feel incredibly powerful. We create a fiercely supportive, safe environment where those nerves disappear within the first five minutes.

Our philosophy is all about celebrating your authentic hard work. We use professional lighting, flattering angles, and expert posing to make you look incredible in-camera. During the editing process, we polish the images beautifully (color grading, removing temporary blemishes, enhancing the mood), but we will never artificially alter or "morph" the body you have worked so hard to build.

Both! Every package is carefully structured so that every single client gets their own dedicated time in front of the lens for individual portraits, alongside the epic group team shots.

Absolutely. That is one of the biggest ROIs of booking a Team Photoshoot! You will receive the high-resolution "Coach Group Images" included in your package, which are fully licensed for you to use on your website, social media, and paid ads to promote your next intake. (For individual client images, we just ask that you ensure your clients are comfortable with you sharing their solo shots on your business page).
