2026 Team Photoshoot Packages
Our team photoshoot days leave your clients feeling empowered, confident, and raving about their unforgettable experience. We have been successfully running premium team photoshoot experiences for over 6 years with some coaches on their 9th team shoot with us - we would LOVE to create this unique experience with you too. We take the stress out of planning! Our packages include a location, 1 or 2 photographers and beautiful memories to keep.
Important Package Notes:
Base Price: All base prices listed are for a Brisbane location on a weekday, fees are listed below for other options.
Capacity: Packages are for 'up to' the number of people listed. If you don't fill all the spots, we don't offer refunds sorry. However, we will give you the images for the unfilled spots to use toward your group images, your own shoot, or to gift to the team.
Hair & Makeup (HMU): All packages assume clients arrive on-site with Hair and Makeup completed. If you wish to have HMU on-site, that is an additional cost.
All prices below are based on a Brisbane weekday location, the package includes the location from our incredible list of suppliers (some have a small luxury fee on top), weekend and GC and Sunny Coast location fee's are below.
Gold Team: $1,850
Up to: 6 ppl (approx. $308 pp excluding fees) | Duration: 2 hours, 1 Photographer | Inclusions: 10 images each + 10 Coach Group Images | Outfits: 1 outfit each + 1 group outfit
Ultimate Team: $2,350
Up to: 10 ppl (approx. $235 pp excluding fees) | Duration: 3 hours, 1 Photographer | Inclusions: 10 images each + 10 Coach Group Images | Outfits: 1 outfit each + 1 group outfit
Platinum Team: $3,150
Up to: 10 ppl (approx. $315 pp excluding fees) | Duration: 3 hours, 2 Photographers | Inclusions: 10 images each + 10 Coach Group Images | Outfits: 2 outfits each + 1 group outfit
Diamond Team: $4,750
Up to: 15 ppl (approx. $316 pp excluding fees) | Duration: 4 hours, 2 Photographers | Inclusions: 10 images each + 10 Coach Group Images | Outfits: 2 outfits each + 1 group outfit
