What a Team Photoshoot Day Actually Looks Like

You get to be the VIP host. We act as the production managers.

Before the shoot, we work with you to build a seamless run sheet, and on the day, we cycle your clients through their individual shooting time while the rest of the team hypes them up, touches up hair and makeup, or jumps into group shots.

Every single client gets dedicated time in front of the lens for individual portraits, alongside the epic group team shots — 95% of the women and men we photograph have never done a shoot before, and our shoots are built around confidence, not body fat percentages.

A Few Things Coaches Ask Us Before Booking

What if someone drops out last minute?

We can’t offer refunds for unfilled spots since we block out the location and our team’s time specifically for your group size — but that time doesn’t go to waste. We simply reallocate it toward extra branding content for you, more group setups, or extra images for your remaining clients.

How far in advance should I book?

Team dates sell out fast, especially Fridays and weekends. We recommend securing your date the same week you launch your challenge — some coaches book six months ahead.

Do you retouch or Photoshop the images?

We use professional lighting, flattering angles, and expert posing to make your team look incredible in-camera, and we’ll polish colour grading and clean up temporary blemishes — but we will never artificially alter or “morph” the body someone has worked so hard to build.
